Cannon Mine Coffee, located in the heart of Old Town Lafayette, CO, is Lafayette’s premier coffee house. Established in 1995, Cannon Mine not only serves local organic coffee and delicious baked goods, but is a big part of the Lafayette community.

Three nights a week, Cannon Mine opens the doors to live, local music complemented by our beer, wine, and coffee cocktail menu. 

Local artists utilize the walls of Cannon Mine as a gallery. Community groups meet-up in the back conference room or relax on our cozy leather couches.

Offering a full menu of handmade coffee drinks using fresh Boulder Organic Coffee beans. 

Cannon Mine offers an ever-changing menu of breakfast burritos and sandwiches, biscotti, quiches, lunch wraps and salads, cookies, candy, pie, and other snacks. Enjoy breakfast, lunch, or snack-time at Cannon Mine or grab something to go.

Have you tried Toddy coffee yet? It is the perfect answer for anyone who finds traditional coffee too bitter!

Join us daily for the $5 breakfast sandwich and large drip coffee special!

Looking for a place to enjoy a happy hour? Cannon Mine has a full bar with local wines, microbrews, and handmade coffee cocktails. Join us from 5pm-7pm to receive $1 off all alcohol drinks. Perfect for an afternoon with friends or an evening enjoying the live music.
